Our client is an innovative healthtech company changing the way patients receive services and get improved outcomes all while providing a better patient experience. Due to continued growth they are expanding their technology team and are hiring an IT Project Manager.

The IT Project Manager should have 2-3 years of professional hands-on industry experience including hands-on experience working with modern off-the-shelf technology platforms as well as custom solutions. Any specific experience with business process management platforms such as Monday or ServiceNow are ideal, as is experience with AI tools, data analytics and vizualization, reporting and tracking tools. You understand the The IT Project Manager life cycle, workflows and daily operations across various teams and with a variet of stakeholders.

ITPMs are responsible for the intake process for small to medium projects at first, eventually growing into larger projects across an enterprise environment. Qualified candidates must demonstrate the ability to communicate with various stakeholders across the business to ensure operational maintenance, evaluation of new technologies and initiatives, etc. Applicants must have an analytical mindset, quantitative thinking skills, professionalism, excellent communication skills and be consumer and product-focused in their approach. This role is hybrid on-site in the office four (4) days per week.
