About the Role

We're looking for a product-minded Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer who enjoys owning problems from concept to production. You'll work across the entire technology stack—including frontend, backend, infrastructure, performance, and security—while partnering directly with customers to build solutions that solve real-world challenges.

Rather than working from detailed specifications, you'll help define what should be built, collaborate on product direction, and deliver high-quality software that makes a measurable impact.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and own product features from frontend through backend and infrastructure.
• Partner directly with customers to understand workflows, pain points, and product opportunities.
• Contribute to the evolution of a modern architecture built for large-scale, reliable data movement.
• Improve system performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
• Work closely with engineering and product leadership to shape the roadmap.
• Leverage AI tools and autonomous workflows to accelerate development while maintaining accountability for production-quality software.
• Help establish engineering best practices in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience (outstanding candidates with slightly less experience are encouraged to apply).
• Strong full-stack development experience with the ability to independently deliver features from frontend through deployment.
• Experience building and maintaining production software with a strong sense of ownership.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced startup environment where priorities evolve quickly.

Technical Experience

Experience with some or most of the following technologies:

• React
• TypeScript
• Tailwind CSS
• Modern full-stack web frameworks (such as Remix or similar)
• AWS or comparable cloud infrastructure
• Cloudflare or modern edge deployment platforms

Candidates who learn quickly and have experience with similar technologies are encouraged to apply.

Nice to Have

• Experience with data migration platforms, ETL pipelines, or large-scale data processing.
• Experience integrating with third-party systems or systems of record.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted software development workflows and agentic tooling.
• Startup experience in a high-growth environment.
